RTO Permit Application Submitted to DNR (2/14/18)

On February 14, 2018 CLCM submitted a permit application requesting authorization from the DNR to construct the RTO at the St. Francis facility. CLCM also issued a purchase order to Catalytic Products International (CPI) for the RTO at this time. Below is a technical diagram provided by CPI depicting how the proposed RTO will work.
